Hi

Just wanted to reach out and say hi from NJ and thank all the subject matter experts for the awesome information.

I have a 44k gal cement pool with a 3400 gal spa. All on discrete equipment.

This season I upgraded my SPA and pool pumps to VSP's and replaced the spa booster pump that had died.

I also upgraded my 20 year old Jandy aqualink board to the latest with iaqualink

All the work I did myself.

I currently use chlorine feeders with pucks but since utilizing the TFP method I am designing my stenner chlorine pump conversion as we speak

It would be great if someone could re commend a pool closing / opening company in the North Jersey area. My current guy is good but he way over charged me due to the size of the pool and spa. I know I can do better.

Any recommendations would be great.

How about negotiating with the current "good" guy? Maybe you can do part of the closing yourself to reduce costs. What all is involved in your closing?

Tried negotiating. Is charged me 1600 to open my pool this year. Last year was 1300. My pool is 44k gal. Separate SPA. Pumps are waterfall, pool pump. SPA booster, spa pump. Two Hayward de filters, two daypack heaters.
