Green water inside solar cover bubbles

It seems like there is green water inside my solar cover bubbles. I wonder how it gets in there and how to get it out. Is there a way to clean the cover. Worried it's causing some algae in the pool. But that could also be when it rains the water just sits on the cover for a few days turning to algae if we don't go in the pool.

My levels are pretty good

Replace the solar cover. You will never get the bubbles algae free.

how do they even get inside the cover? I'm guessing if the water is able to get in, it's able to get out and can contribute to algae in the pool
