Bleach solution to kill algae on solar pool cover?

Hi all,

What is the water/bleach dilution rate to kill algae from a pool solar cover? How long should I leave it on for before rinsing?

You can see green discoloration where the cover was in contact with the water. Normally I'd jet wash the life out of it but obv I can't do that here.

10:1 Water:Bleach. Scrub it. Rinse. Good to go. If that makes you nervous, leave it soaking for 30 minutes.
