A major storm just ran through my area, filled my small pool with leaves and debris. I was able to skim most of it out and did a good vacuuming but the water is now tinted green, a little murky and there are some minor stains on the liner.

Any suggestions on how to bring it back to crystal blue?

thanks....

I added a 4 oz of shock (hypo) let that run for 24 hours and then added 4 oz of Algicide today...

Here are the latest numbers:
FC: 3.97
TC: 4.25
pH: 7.3
TA: 67
CH: 70
CYA: 103

Not sure where you got those test numbers.
Seems as if you do not have a proper test kit. Without one you cannot follow TFPC. Or treat your pool as Seasonal and dump the water and start over.

So you have a decision to make, get a proper test kit, such as the TF100 from TFTestkits.net, or follow the Guide for Seasonal/Temporary Pools - Trouble Free Pool, in which you would now dump the water and start over, using a basic drop based test kit that is normally available at Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
