First thing to do is order a recommended test kit. Link-->Test Kits Compared
Add 5ppm of liquid chlorine PER DAY, until your kit arrives. Don't add anything else.
You will need the kit to SLAM the pool. Use the SLAM process and it will clear your pool. Print it out and read it thoroughly while you wait for the kit. Link-->SLAM Process
When the kit arrives, post a full set of results and start the SLAM process.
