Hi - I'm Papa Knows Stuff, I'm retired and 68. My thing is that I have a dozen youtube channels and I do a lot of how to and diy videos. I've got a bunch of pool videos as well, but I'm here to always learn more. I usually do things the wrong way and then have to go back and fix the stuff I already did - lol. Story of my life. I just finished a bunch of ugly pool plumbing all leak free but I'm going to redo most of it cause I'm getting a new heater and I used 90 degrees elbows and I prob should have used sweep. But the plumbing is ugly anyway so I'll need to make it better - especially with the install of the new heater in a couple of weeks. I just mostly gutted my system last week and got rid of my cartridge filter and went back to a 24" sand filter with side mount valve cause I find it easier to deal with than those dang cartridges..... I've said too much....

Watched your salt cell installation video, and MPV install video. You definitely have DWV fittings throughout your installation. You do not want DWV in a pressure system, you need to use Schedule 40. I would rebuild the entire PVC above ground for your pool to remove the DWV fittings. Sweeps vs. 90s will make no appreciable difference. Also, for example, in the second picture below, why use 3 90s? extend the input output a few inches and you can use 2.

Watched your video on "perfect pool startup," and "green pool startup." There was no explanation as to why you added the amount of shock that you added. We have a proven method, that is backed by the science of killing algae, that, with the he color of your water, we would recommend you SLAM your pool to clear it. Link-->SLAM Process

You mentioned (SWG install video) as having the pool store test salt, and your salt cell readout. We recommend that you test your water with your own kit. Pool store testing is notoriously wrong. Here are our recommended kits. Link-->Test Kits Compared

You added 19 lbs of Balance Pak 100. If your pool is 25K, that would raise your TA by 54. That would put your TA north of 100 at startup, we recommend that you keep your TA between 60-80. Pool store recommendations of TA being 100-120 is based on using acidic pucks. With your elevated TA, you will be adding acid often. Also, balance pak 100 is baking soda. You can get baking soda cheaper than balance pak 100. ("The Pool Source" in your shoutout isn't doing you any favors, just taking your $$$.)

If you are installing a heater, install a bypass:

Welcome to TFP 👋
We do things a little different than mainstream/pool stores here but read through all the links @PoolStored & @HermanTX posted and you’ll have a good understanding of the why’s behind it.
We’re also an ingenious and resourceful bunch so you’ll fit right in! 😊
