Saw some fuzzy yellow stuff in the pool today. Thought, oh no, yellow algae is back. I vacuumed with a handheld vac, and it actually picked it up and held it in the bag. Upon inspection, the stuff holds together and has a cottony or paper texture and consistency. Any ideas?
