Fusion Soft Won't Stop Producing

AquaPure Cycle Time
The AquaPure has a 3 hour polarity cycle time (3 hours one polarity, 3 hours reverse polarity).

The production cycle time used for chlorine production (observationally) is 30 minutes.

The percentage setting will control how much the cell runs during the production cycle.[3]

For example, at 50%, the cell will run for 15 minutes and off for 15 minutes. Polarity will change every 3 hours.

Boost – 24 Hour 100% Chlorine Production Cycle.

To Enter Boost Mode Press and Hold “Temperature” Button 10 Seconds

Are you controlling it from the keypad or from a different device?

What controller do you use?

Can you adjust the settings from the controller?

Does the display show "JA"?

If no, can you make it go to Aqualink control?

If you disconnect the communication wires, does that allow control from the keypad?

Sorry for a huge delay in responding. So I finally got someone to come out and look at it but at that point the chlorine levels were down to 1 ppm because I literally had it turned off for weeks and was testing weekly. When they came they turned it to 5% and let it run for a day and said it's fine. I have now run it at 5% for two weeks and it's at 1.5 ppm which is fine but as it seemed to stop spiking huge numbers. The tech said there is no way that it could get up to 20-25ppm with the SWG.....I clearly know he's wrong as it was sky rocketing but I guess at this point I'll just keep an eye on it.

Thanks again for all the suggestions.
