Hello!
Going into the 2nd season with my AG 9’x18’x4’ Rectangular pool, but this year, we decided to remove all of the sod and sand the area. The ground wasn’t entirely leveled before we removed the sod, but we did only eyeball the leveling after adding sand. I placed a tarp above the sand and reset my pool on the tarp. Before filling it up though….I feel like it might still not be enough. We had 12x12x2 pavers under each leg last season and although it held up, some of the pavers cracked. I feel like we did a better job with removing sod and sanding, but is that merely enough???

Welcome to TFP :)

I would recommend going with the bigger blocks at least on the sides as there is MAJOR weight on those legs.. You will need to dig down and install the blocks level.. I did all the legs :)

Lowes 4x8x16 blocks https://www.lowes.com/pd/Cap-Concre...ctual-3-625-in-x-7-625-in-x-15-625-in/3608974
Thank you! I was definitely thinking of adding some concrete blocks under them too, but going with 16x4x16 this time. I did 12x2x12 last year and so many of them cracked and I’m sure it’s because I didn’t dig them down. Struggling to find 16x4x16 though and was thinking of stacking 2 - 12s on top of each other, but not sure how that will hold up. Ugh!!!! Why are pools such a pain!? Lol

I picked up some 16x16x4 Concrete bricks. At this point, do you think it’s sufficient for me to just pull back my tarp and dig down under the legs to place the bricks to be leveled with the ground or do you think I absolutely SHOULD move the pool and level all bricks to the ground first??? #prayforme
