first test using tf-100- need a little help

Hey Guys
Pool is up and running and did my first test tonight with my new test kit. My only issue is is it even possible to get an FC of 32? Seems completely off and not sure if i made a mistake. Other than that, how do these numbers look?

Yes, 32 FC is possible if someone just "shocked" the pool. More likely, it's a simple arithmetic error.
How big a sample did you use, 10 ml or 25 ml? And how many drops?

If that turns out to be accurate, then you can ignore the pH because it's going to read falsely high until Fc drops below 10.
 
If you have been adding chlorine, it is possible to get FC of 32.

10 ml of water, one scoop of powder, each drop to clear is 0.5 ppm FC.
 
A CC of 3 means you have significant organics in the pool. You need to SLAM Process.
Lower your pH to 7,2 (may take several additions of acid) and once you test your pH at 7.2 raise your FC to SLAM level based on your CYA. Maintain that FC level until you pass the three criteria. Be sure to read the SLAM article.
