Ok, not much has been happening here due to inclement weather but I've had a lot of time to dream up my DIY liquidator.... I cannot justify spending nearly $400 to get a HASA Liquidator shipped all the way here from you guys, so I've had to come up with a solution....

It should be quite practical....This is in no way my idea, I've again stood on the shoulders of genius and borrowed an idea or two....
This is my peristaltic pump... It can do liquid acid and chlorine when and if I need it....

I am going to drill a hole in the top of my chlorine bottle lid and insert a weighted tube.... I will then work out my chlorine use over a week, and calibrate the machine to dose every so often during the day......I can either let it flow directly into the pool via something small I can build or plumb it into the return..... I can work out when I want to run the filter in order to distribute the chemicals throughout the day, if I want to use the return idea, so that shouldn't be too hard... (Famous last words...lol...)
The good thing about this pump, I can run acid and chlorine and even another chemical if I want to..... Just not sure which one...... It wouldn't be one I would use very often but having it hooked up would be so easy....
I will run the pump with its own little timer.....
The weather is turning bitter here and daylight saving has just ended...:-( The cold weather is on its way........ So jealous of you guys in the US about to come into your hot weather..... At least it gives me more time to build things...
Don't think my town will have any water restrictions this year with the amount of rain we've been getting so at least that's good news....
