We are needing to locate the warranty card for our Latham pool liner. We think we know where the card is (we can feel the indention in the liner under our diving board). How do we fold down the liner to get the card? Latham says we do not need to cut it, but we see no other way. We have no other avenues of finding the serial number as we were not the owners when it was installed, and the builder did not keep records on our pool.

Hey Jenpaige and Welcome !!!

Here's a visual how the liner sits in the track

You can use painters tape or such to pull it straight up at the wall edge so that the lip on the liner pops out.

If it doest come out, lower the water several inches.

To put the liner back in, just massage it from the ends towards the middle. You can use hot water (but not boiling) if it's not pliable enough because it's cold right now.

When the new liner comes, get several pics of the details and barcodes on the box and also any paperwork that comes with it. This stuff is all stored in the cloud now forever and we have no excuse to ever 'lose' important info.

This is very helpful. Thank you!
