finding a thread regarding pool deck coating-previously read it, now can't find it!

Hello everyone
I was reading the threads about recoating concrete decks, and saw one that listed how to determine the type of coating currently on your deck, i.e. solvent or acrylic. Seems like this is pretty important, and I better not guess. Now my searching doesn't find it for me. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.
