As pointed out above, you need to test the actual AC voltage going into your pump.
If the pump is set up for 240 volts, which I assume it is, then you need to test between the two hot leads called L1 and L2, right where they are connected to the pump. Do not test L1 to ground and then L2 to ground, as this can give you a false reading. You MUST test between L1 and L2 and you should get about 240 volts AC.
If you have 240 volts, and the pump is not running, then your pump is bad.
If you do not have 240 volts, it could be several things, but the first thing to check is the Pump/Filter relay in your automation.
