The breakers might be ok.

If they trip when you push the Test button, they might be ok.

Maybe just wait to see what happens.

Sometimes a power outage causes a trip due to a surge when power is lost or restored.

Like James, I doubt the breakers are actually bad. Run it for a while and see if they pop again.

Good idea. I'm not throwing money at it unless I have to. I've got some feelers out to some friends in the electrical business who sometimes get complete panels that have been changed out for one reason or another. Hopefully, I'll find a deal.
