I am wondering what I should do with the gap between my fiberglass pool and concrete. The size is about 1/2” wide and 1/2” deep. The concrete is very sharp and has cut numerous toes and feet. Any ideas? This pool is only 3 years old
Likely the fiberglass pool has settled or the tile installer set the tile too high.. This is the 2nd one I’ve seen with that edge design (normally you pour cantilevered edge over the top or use premade coping). The one had the same issue but was concrete so no cutting hazard. About the only option is to grind the sharp edge smooth Or remove and relay the tiles. If grinding, depending on the tile construction, it may be slightly noticable if the backing color Of the tile isn’t close to the color if the tile face.
