Feedback needed for Wet Wall Structural Integrity

Hi everyone, I’m looking for feedback on the structural integrity of my wet wall based on the progress shown in the photos. The design is 5 feet tall, with 4 feet dedicated to 3D textured tile for water flow and a 1-foot border/frame at the top. The current construction includes concrete walls and blockwork as shown. Does the setup look structurally sound to you, or are there any potential concerns or improvements you would suggest? Your input would be greatly appreciated!

PS: I also included the look we are going for.

Why are you asking?

Did a structural engineer create any design or blueprints for the wall?

I see the blocks and rebar. Are the blocks filled with concrete?

How was the base prepared that the wall is on?

Thank you for the response. I was simply soliciting feedback to see if there were any obvious yellow flags or concerns with the approach.

According to builder, structural engineers created designs for the wall, but there were two separate designs that ended up being tied during construction. The back wall uses rebar and gunite, while the front uses rebar and cinder blocks. Both sections are “tied” together and sit on top of the pool rebars with gunite. The cinder blocks are filled with concrete for added stability, and the base of the wall was prepared using the same rebar and gunite structure as the pool itself to ensure it is securely anchored.
