FAS-DPD Powder Not Completely Dissolving

Hello. I've been testing my free chlorine with the fas-dpd powder. When I pour the 2 scoops and swirl, I see very small clumps at the bottom that don't completely dissolve. Does this mean the powder is bad? Does it affect the results of the test? Or not a big deal?

Use one scoop.
A grain or two undissolved is what you want.
