Electrical inspection question

Had my electrical inspection today and was told I passed conduit and bonding but they need to see specifications from pool manufacturer for final inspection. He mentioned there was a sign on motor that this is not for portable pool use. I asked him to clarify he said he needs the manual for electrical installation. My pool
Seller says there is no such manual but I do have the pump manual and that the pool is not portable. Does anyone have insight to this? Thanks!!!

What is the pump make/model#?

Can you post a picture of the motor label?

The Dynamo pump is an AG pool pump so I don't know what the inspector is talking about. Where on the pump does it say it cannot be used for an AG pool?

Plus, an AG pool is not portable.

That pool looks pretty permanent to me.... not sure what would make the inspector think otherwise.

Thank you for your help! I have no idea either! Especially since I told him
I bought everything as a package. He wants the manual for the pool which shows electrical installation requirements. My pool lady said no such thing! I have called and left him a vm at noon but didn’t hear back. I tried to email the town hoping to get a different inspector but was told to clarify with him...I wonder if it’s because the town told me no need permit because above ground pool is not permanent that is why he thinks it’s not? Kinda gray area I feel like because it is not permanent but also not easily movable (portable)? This is making me stressed!

Technically an IG pool is not permanent either. Many have them removed albeit at a higher expense.

If he was on his A game; system looks closer than 3ft to pool; that makes for an easy ladder for a youngin’ - slide it back a bit please; safe than sorry.

I will look into that. For some reason I thought the pump location is permanent but I guess it is movable?

This is the part that defines the permanent pool and makes it require all the other NEC parts (bonding)
