Mike,
These "Special" outputs are the same as on the full up Easytouch.. I am not sure if they work on the Lite version EasyTouch or not, but you can try..
These are all 24 volt DC outputs that are designed for turning a standard ET relay on/off. Normally there is no voltage on these outputs.
Electric Heat has voltage when the ET calls for heat. You would only use this if your heater needed a relay controlled input.. Not used often..
Solar Booster Pump/Aux Extra.. has voltage to turn on a relay controlling a booster pump used for a solar system. Only has power when the solar system is being told to turn on. Do you have solar? If so, does it even use an extra pump? When you do not have Solar you can use this output to add a 5th relay to the ET4... (Not sure if the lite version has this option or not. It is called Aux Ex)
2-Speed filter pump.. Pretty obvious here.. used to control a 2-speed relay only if you have a 2 speed pump.
Activates in Spa mode.. This relay turns on any time the ET is in the Spa mode.
My guess is that most people have nothing connected to these special outputs.
Thanks,
Jim R.
