Getting ready to do same conversion. Do i need to buy a RS-485 cable or is there one already lurking in the easy touch panel?

A RS-485 cable is not any special wire. Two wire 18-24 gauge cable works fine. Preferably yellow/green wires.

Thanks for the reply. I am using a cat 6 cable. 24 gauge i think. I am using just the green and orange ( as yellow). The pump works fine with builtin schedules but when i flip dip switches for schedule D (automation) and hook up cat6 cable per instruction for Easytouch. Pump does not turn on. No clue what to try next
