Hello TFPers!
I have been working on designing a pool for our house in Jacksonville, FL.
At this time, it is a small (27x10) pool, ranging from 3.5' to 5' deep. I have also planned a sun shelf (5x10) and a raised (8x8) spa, with a spillover to the pool.
I have considered a 10' infinity edge to maximize the wow factor, but if that substantially increases the cost, it is probably the first thing that can go.
Outdoor kitchen, pergola, new balcony, landscaping, etc will be in a later phase.
I will be documenting the build in this thread as well as asking questions and considering suggestions!
For now, any advice on the design will be greatly appreciated. If somebody has recommendations of subs that work with owner builders in this area, I'm also all ears.
