Drive stakes...what am I missing??

Put up some walls today and everything was going well UNTIL we started to bring out our drive stakes. Aren't the bolt holes in the stake supposed to be on the other side?? What am I missing?? Help!

They punched the holes on wrong side. The side he has down had a tapered end. Use plenty of 3/8 rebar cut down full lengths into 18" pieces. I actually fill every hole not just the middle of panels we go thru 80 pieces on average pool. I stake the braces too theres holes everywhere for rebar. Brace pool before concrete especially stair area

Bingo! We called and the holes were, indeed, cut on the wrong side.?. Will definitely take the advice of plugging all the holes with rebar. Thanks, all!
