If you are in a city like Mesa, the city bases the sewer charge for the entire year on the average water usage in Jan, Feb, Mar as I recall. Other cities may use different months for the average. Cities like Chandler charge a flat rate for sewer regardless of water usage.

Our city charges a flat rate for sewer so I’m good there. When stain treating with ascorbic acid does your ph have to be 7.2 or can it be higher?
