Looking for any extra insight or troubleshooting tips.
I have unplugged the power supply and reconnected it. Power supply comes on and lights up as usual. When I push the power button on the power supply to run a cycle there is no response from the cleaner. Took it out, tracks move freely in both directions. Impeller doesn't have anything stuck in there or anything like that.
Now, when I use the app to call to pickup the cleaner, the impeller motor comes on and is moving water, but nothing from the tracks. This served as a good check that the impeller and motor are working, and could confirm this is an issue with the roller motor. But again, I don't get any response when i try to run a cleaning cycle or when I try to move the cleaner manually.
Again, any additional things to try outside of normal troubleshooting tips would be appreciated. I've unplugged it from power while I am at work for the day to see if maybe a longer reset will help.
