Dolphin 30i not moving + error message

I have this robot for 1 year. Worked perfectly last summer. This season I am having issues. I am getting an error message “no mode” . See picture
If I reset the robot it may move for a few minutes then stops. I checked everything they said on the guide and it’s all good. Anyone else experienced this issue or knows what to do?

Have you tried rebooting your phone and restarting the app and trying again?

Yes. I even deleted the app: took the robot for repair and it seems that either the motor or the cable are faulty. On Thursday I will know for sure.
at least it’s under warranty
