Does anyone know this light and how to remove?

I did not find how to remove this lamp and did not see this model in stores. Can someone help me?

Looks like a fiber optic light lens. The lamp isn't in that part just the fiber cable is behind it. The lamp will be in a housing probably near the pool power panel. Do you have an odd tower near the power panel? If so that's likely the light source.
