DIY pool build over dug deep end hopper

Hello!
We are DIYing our own pool and when digging out the deep end hopper, we ran into some sandstone. Anyways- it ended up getting over dug, on the sides of the hopper. The slope from the shallow end is good, it is the slope from the sides of the pool to the bottom hopper that are going to need some work before we Poolcrete it. What do you guys recommend? What are our options?
