I was away for about a month and set up a puck feeder to hold me over. Since then I've been battling with my levels and cant seem to get anything balanced. Yesterday I added pH up and finally started getting some better readings. Initially the pool was cloudy but I ran the pump overnight and woke up to this milky looking suspended slime on the bottom of my pool

Current readings:
FC - 2.5
CC - .5
pH - 6.8 (possibly lower?)
TA - 70
CH - 75
CYA - 80 (down from 150 last week :( )

Only recent changes have been switching back to LC, water exchanges for CYA, added 10lbs of Sodium Carbonate (pH up) and deep cleaned my DE filter yesterday.

Should I vacuum this to waste then just Slam
Anything you can vac to waste is less FC spent killing it. (y)

raise pH and TA
The TA is fine. The Ph may have been much lower than 6.8 so dose from 6.8 to 7.2, then test to confirm, or repeat as many times as needed.

Then it's Slam on.

Remember to brush/clean all areas, including puck feeders, behind skimmer plates, inside skimmer, lights, main drains, return jets etc.
that stuff can be sneaky and likes to hide!
Also run water features daily (if you have any)to flush with slam water
