Different test, different results

I am having trouble figuring out what my salt level is.

Trouble free pool results show 2600ppm (I have done this test multiple times with the same results.)

Pentair salt cell says 2950

The trouble free pool PH combo meter shows 3,000 which is close enough to the salt cell to confirm what it’s saying.

I need to add salt, so which one should I go with?

Yes, well it was. I just added a bit of salt today. Swcg now says salt is 3090

Normally you have to get to below 2800 ppm (as measured by the IC) for it to show Low Salt.

So it sounds like I should go with tfp test showing 2600?

The IC salinity is at best an estimation. But, it must be 'happy' to operate. So your salinity test confirms the salinity is on the low end of the acceptable range. So IF the IC is showing a red Low Salt light, then raise the salinity by 200 ppm. After a few days see if that makes the IC happy.
