Difference Between Rheem Avia 404 and Raypak Avia 404A

I'm talking with a couple companies and one is recommending the Rheem Avia 404 (https://poolimages.azureedge.net/insite/Product/Documents/RH/M-/15/RHM-15-4811-bro.pdf) while the other is recommending the Raypak Avia 404A (AVIA – Raypak).

I'm having trouble finding the difference. Both seem to offer the same features. The only thing I'm having trouble confirming is - the Rheem 404 has a NiTek heat exchanger but I'm having trouble finding what material the Raypak 404A heat exchanger is.

Anyone know the difference between these two heaters? Any red flags I should know about with either one?

The Avia heater are relatively new and some members have reported mixed results with their reliability.

Rheem and Raypak are the same company and the same heater with different branding.
