I am looking to purchase DE from our local pool store and just looking for confirmation that this is the correct product.

I prefer getting DE in a box with four 6lb bags. You need 6lbs or less after a backwash. That way you don’t have a big bag if DE sitting around and making a mess. The DE floats around in the air out of an open bag if DE.

thank you for the heads up. I usually by a bag and store it in a 5 gallon container with lid. I try to eliminate as much mess as possible.
