Sleep tight beloved pool!

Now keep a close eye on the water temp when Spring comes around up there. The only times I get any kind of algae is if I don't watch the water temp and it creeps up past 60 and BAM there is a slight hazy to the water and some puffy green when I sweep the pool.

Any kind of test strip and regents can and do expire. How fast they go "bad" depends on how and where they are kept. Dark, cool areas are best for all of them. The strips are VERY influenced by humidity and such.

Not sure if this is the place to ask but hope I could directed to the correct place. I got a second hand rs smith water slide but not sure on the installation. My pool deck is 4 inch poor concrete, about an inch of sand then pavers. What would be the best and safest way to install slide? Thank you in advance.

What model slide did you get? Is there a manual for it here?

You would have to position slide then mark the pavers. Then drill appropriate size masonry bit down thru to the slab. Then remove the pavers around hole and vacuum the hole amd use a hilti type expandable sleeve anchor the right length to grab the slab amd leave sticking up threads to nut the legs down. You need lateral strength with slides for tipover protection
