From what I’ve read, heavily saturated ground can cause water to get behind your liner. I’ve had to manage the water level last night and today, draining periodically due to the steady pouring rain. Just now I noticed some new wrinkles in the liner. I grabbed my brush and tried to brush them out, but that didn’t do a thing. Any advice would be appreciated!

Try a toilet plunger. The chlorine will sanitize an old one, but I'd still purchase one just for this. Just because. :ROFLMAO:

You may be able to stab and shift it just enough to flatten it out.

Ah ha, interesting idea! I have little plungers and suction cups I’ve used for a project in the past that would probably work well.

How old is the liner?

You can approach it two ways, both of which have risks. Do these at your own risk only if you feel comfortable trying them.

The easy way is to take a toilet plunger and grab the liner and drag the wrinkle out. You risk tearing the liner if not careful if the liner has any age to it.

The other way is to drop the water level until it there is 18” covering the bottom of the pool in the shallow end. You shouldn't have any liner problems as long as some water remains in the shallow end.

Wait until the water under the liner gets absorbed into the ground and the ground dries before you try to fix it.
