Dead IC20?

So I have an IC20, about 3 years old. Last year I had to replace the flow switch and all was fine after that. It's been fine until this week. We had a power outage, and when it powers up now, I get no LEDs in the row showing the percentage selected. Flow turns green, but then that's it. It's connected to an intelliconnect, and in the app I can see the temp and salt level, and it seems to be able to adjust the chlorine level. Chlorine levels in the pool are pretty low, only showing as 1-2 ppm, so I bumped it up with some liquid since we had people coming over this weekend. The LEDs that show the level have always indicated the level in the past, and they do light up in diagnostic mode, which only shows 20% used, they just don't indicate anything other than that. Note that the salt level light quit 2 years ago, but I don't really care since it was still working and I know my salt levels anyway.

Anyone ever see this one before or have any thoughts? I need to check and see what the chlorine levels are coming out of the returns to see if it's working. What level should I see there? Of course if it is dead, they're on back order with no estimated ship date according to my pool guy.

Thanks!
Craig

An IC20 is undersized for a 15K pool. We recommend the SWG be 2X the pool volume. If you need to replace the cell consider an IC40.

What % output and pump runtime do you run your IC20?

Yup, of course I read that on here AFTER the pool builder installed it  I typically run 24/7 at 60% (Kick the pump down to the lowest I can and still maintain flow for the IC20 for 12 hours at night). Planning on a 40 if/when it needs to be replaced, assuming you can ever buy them again

Note that the cell light never lights up, and the more/less buttons seem to do nothing, other than I can get to diag mode and get a usage indication.
