Dead Bird in Skimmer

This morning, we sadly found a dead baby bird in the skimmer. I'm sure it happened early this morning or late last night - all of my chemicals tested out fine this morning (before we found him) - do I need to do anything special? I hate to slam it this morning - it's hot as hades and sunny here today. Am I ok as long as my levels look okay?

I doubt the bird decomposed much for it to be an issue. Dispose of it and keep and eye are your levels. The chlorine in the pool is enought to sanitize things in the early stages. I find gophers in my pool all the time. I dispose of them and move on.
