Just some progress pics as of Dec 1

Feature waterfall wall in progress.
Seat wall in front of front overflow basin in progress.
Waterline tile and spa tile in process (this is a very slow process). Tile is Mosa Terra Tones 2 x 24.
Cabana framing started.
Sport court grading beginning.

Deck framing and gravel done
Drainage done and tied in
Surge basin concrete cap done
Footers poured
Retaining wall excavation started
Sport court (47ft x 27ft) excavation underway - rebar is next

- pool tile continues
- deck in progress and steps framed
- footer wall and cast stone capped for landscape
- fire pit in progress
- retaining wall footers in progress

Concrete pads formed up
Rear steps roughed out
Cabana step downs roughed in
Infratech WD60 heaters and flush mounts boxed in (2 in cabana, 4 in existing patio)
Existing patio demoed for new tongue and groove ceiling.
Cabana cabinets roughed in
Various tile work continues

Pool company said eight more weeks almost four weeks ago. I give them some slack though as I want it done right and some stuff like the tile, engineering inspections etc took way longer than anyone could have reasonably anticipated. Or so they convinced me…

If we could get trades to show up on consecutive days, we could probably be done sooner - ha.

Concrete pads, concrete footer, concrete cabana floor for tile base and concrete existing patio floor for tile base.

This is a awesome project.

Eventually, I am told, the pads will be acid washed to even out the color powder and streaking, but probably not until closer to the end of the project. I don’t have any real experience with that process, so we will see.

Did you switch to Intellicenter automation?

I have no idea, offhand. This is what is back there - this pic is probably of little help to answer that question. I can check in detail later

Apparently, it has been switched out to an Intellicenter by the pool builder sometime during the process. I don’t see where I was charged anything extra for the upgrade.
