Welcome to TFP! :wave: Typically the best way to lower an elevated CYA is by exchanging some water. See the link below for more info. Can you confirm what your current CYA is, and what test kit you used to get that number?

Chemical CYA reducers are all Magic, but no Rabbit... :mrgreen:

The only real way to get a result is to drain and refill..

The only way to reduce CYA is to replace water. It is a 1:1 ratio. If your CYA is 100, to get it to 50, you need to replace 50% of your water.

Depending on how high CYA is, you might be able to use the rainy season to do top offs and get it in range. But as others have asked, further guidance will depend on what your CYA reading is at this time.
