This year I had to replace the liner in my pool. Since then I have been chasing my tail on pool chemistry. I cannot seem to keep my cya in range... I have taylor complete pool care Dpd test.
Test today:
Fc: 0
TA: 90
Cya: 0
Ph: 7.8
Ch:180

Also I put a gallon on conditioner( cya) in yesterday!

1 gallon will get you close to 30ppm. I know the granular cya can take a couple days to fully dissolve and show up on the test but not sure if the liquid takes time. Are your reagents expired?

How are you chlorinating? You need chlorine ASAP.
