Bought a tf 100 last September. I was typically testing the cya level at about 30. Haven't tested in a few mounts... Now I'm getting zero. Trying to figure out how this is possible... Did not empty my pool, but I do probably replace about an inch of water every week or two (pretty sure I have a leak).

Ok.... Def didn't freeze. Adding stabilizer
@FLRob2954 Did the additional stabilizer correct your problem? Asking because I’m having a similar issue this year. My pool tested zero (the black dot never changed at all). Within the past week Ive added enough stabilizer to bring it to 60 with no increase at all. My R-0013 was purchased 6/25/20 & has been kept in a climate controlled setting. I’m trying to determine if the stabilizer is bad or the reagent.
