CYA procedure with TF-Pro

According to this link you “Cap and then mix the mixing bottle for 30 seconds. Mix by inverting the bottle repeatedly.” BUT, if you follow instructions on the TF-Pro, it says “Fill the red-capped CYA mixing bottle to the 7.5mL mark with pool water. Then, fill to the 15mL mark with R-0013. Mix, then wait at least 30 seconds. Shake once more.”
Question: do you shake for 30 seconds or do you shake it (mix well) and then wait for 30 seconds?

Gently invert and revert for 30 seconds, then test. Either will work, and, after 30 second, you can pour into view vial, and back out a few times to confirm the reaction is complete.

That’s how I’ve been doing it, but I was second guessing myself.
