Hello guys, i saw many posts with queastions about cutting. But i dont see the pictures. Problem is that i have poll with 1/4 full of water. My idea is to make another two holes for solar heating. How to cut them safe? My pool is Bestway Rattan 427x107. I was asking in Polish sites but noone know it is possible. Please help or send me link with fresh posts about this (pictures very accepted). I dont wanna brake my pool, at beggining of seaso in Poland. Thank You!
I have cut several holes in several pools, both above and below the water level. It is scary buth really quite simple. I usually glue a patch of vinyl on the outside, use a marker to draw the outline of the whole and then cut with a scalpell or razor blade with steady hand. If cutting below the surface a have a helper standing next to me with a plastic bowl or similar, covering the hole inside the pool. The pressure of the water will push the bowl and very little water will be lost.
