I am connecting a new 2023 superflo VS (jacuzzi Jets) to intellicenter. I have the data cable but I see conflicting information on control. Can the new pumps be controlled by RS-485 or do I need to control with relays? Thanks, John

Connect the Superflo VS pump to the IntelliCenter via RS-485.

Following, I'm trying to do the same. Connected a RS485 cable to com A and tried adding it to intellicenter as an Intelliflo VS (per pump manual because intellicenter doesn't have an option for superflo. I get the error on the status about no connection to the pump.

The pump must be a SuperFlo VST, mfg'd after 10/15/20
You must have the black RS-485 cable 356324Z
Only the Green and Yellow wires are connected to the automation com port.
The control head is not in External Control mode, which is for relay operation.
