I’m a new pool owner since June 2019. I have an Ichlor 30. I went to change my output number to 80 instead of 100. Well it looks like water has gotten into the number part and I can’t read the numbers . But I can see the green lights for the cell , glow, and salt . It’s just the numbers all look like a J . How do you dry it out ? Is this normal ? There is a clear cover that protects it and it has stayed closed . Has anyone had this problem ?

File a warranty claim with your pool builder or Pentair now... Even if you dried it out, it will corrode the insides of the iChlor over time.

Thank you very much ! I will be calling ! Does anyone know a customer service number for Pentair ? Is this a problem they usually have ?
When my system was still under warranty, I called my pool builder and they took care of it.. Much easier for me as they know all the right people.
