Main pump fried yesterday when who was first turning on.
Breakers tripped with sparks flying.
Replaced motor and pump is running but control board isn't turning things on or off.
Time and temperature shows but pump runs continuously unless I turn off the breaker.
Spa Jets will activate lights will activate but spa and pool will not turn on via the control system board.
Did I burn out a switch or solenoid of some type.
Did I burn out a solenoid or some type of switch?
This control board is on the older side but has worked very well for me until now.
Suggestions??

Welcome to TFP.

Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?

Sounds like the high voltage relays on your Compool board may have welded itself shut.

Test the relay for continuity and see if it opens and closes.

Sounds like you may have lost the PCB, as well as the pump, and possibly the relay that controls the pump (welded contacts?).
Turn power off to the CP and let it sit for a few minutes, it may reset the system so the pool/spa valves can be turned automatically.
Also, be sure that the small circuit breakers in the outdoor box above the control panel are not "popped" and not allowing the power to get to the actuators.
