Communication Error

I have an Aqua Plus controller and am receiving the "Communication Error" on the local display.
I have followed the steps in the "ProLogic Diagnostic Manual" down to where everything is disconnected.
I have checked continuity for the cable to the local display.
Checked all the fuses; etc.
Any ideas on what to do next?

Have you removed the boards and looked for any burnt components or bad solder joints?

Yes, there is a small capacitor in the top left corner (labeled C9) by all the RS485 chips on the GLX-PCB-PRO that has burnt and swelled.
I believe that is the cause.
If I can find the schematics or the value of that capacitor , I can repair this board.
Anyone know what size that is??
Anyone used one of the rebuild services??
