Hi,
Tested my CH level, which I haven't done this year, and it says it's 150 ppm. This looks very low to me, is it possible for it drop that much?
I believe it was alright last year. According to Pool Calculator, I need to add 106 lb of Calcium Chloride to bring up CH to recommended
450 level.
I used my Taylor test twice to confirm the result. It supposed to change the color from red (it's actually more like pink) to blue. Could
someone take a look at the picture, is it the blue I am looking for?
I was testing CH last year in my first and newly acquired pool but CH was basically not changing at all, hence I slacked on CH test this year. Yeah,
that's how it happened. The last time I tested CH was probably late last fall.
All my other readings are good, it's only CH that I neglected:
FC 5.5
PH 7.6
CYA 40
TX
