I am on my second CMP powerclean 760 unit since install 9mos ago. Neither unit can keep the cholorine above 0.5 and that is running 10hours/day at boost level. Salt is at 4100. Any ideas? or does this companies product just not work? CYA is at 80. It is a part time home so I have a pool service and they love stabilized chlorine. I had to drain and refill last summer due to CYA being over 300.

Welcome to the forum!
That SWCG will create 1.88 lbs of chlorine gas per day. In your pool volume, set at 100% generation, it should add 0.4 ppm FC per day. At 10 hours that is 4 ppm FC. That is right on the edge of not being enough in our climate. My pool consumes just over that amount each day with similar CYA.
What does the water look like? You have a great test kit, I would suggest you do a Overnight Chlorine Loss Test
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
