I'm not sure. The junction box is connected with screws. I can always go out there and unscrew it to see. Would that help solve matters?

Wouldn't it need to be in the number one setting since
1. CMP/J Style
2. H Style = Hayward
3. P Style = Pentair

I don't understand what you are asking.
I sent a picture. I apologize it's not the best quality because I had to slide my phone underneath to get to it. So, my question is as far as style setting goes....should he have sat it at the P-Style since it's a Pentair Intellicenter OR the J-Style (which is what it appears to be at now) since the sync/waterfalls are CMP/J-Style?

The whole purpose of that box is to convert the signals to your automation. You have a Pentair IntelliCenter and it should be set to P-Style.

Is anyone with the Smart Sync Box having problems where you're stuck in 1 color. I'm stuck in the color green. I disconnected the power for a few minutes and nothing.
Yup, i plan to try to troubleshoot it some this week. Mine are stuck on red when in pentair app it days white.
