Cloudy water

Hello,
I can't get my water to turn clear. Last week we had to fight algae but the green has been gone for several days. (I still have to do the nighttime chlorine loss test). Any suggestions on how to clean up the water?

The clarity of the water is from the pool filter filtering out the dead crud. No pump, no filtering.
